I have slate tile floors without a shiny finish does anyone know of a high traffic finish to put on?

I have 2 indoor dogs that bring in dirt from the backyard and really makes the floor dirty I just need suggestions on an easy finish to make the natural stone colors come out and shine. The finish now has lasted a year but now is starting to peel off. And where its on and off is quite noticeable.

    Go to Home Depot and look in tile section for high gloss acrylic sealer/finish apply at least 2 coats should last 1-2 tears if properly applied.You should also use stripper on floor to remove old finish first.
