  Granite tiles have some sparkle, will get really slick when wet though

  This granite is beautiful primarily black with grey veining but has vivid cobalt blue areas that are brought out by sunlight and would be spectacular on a patio

  You could try a slate called "Copper" that has a little metallic sparkle to it. Depending on your climate, though, be sure that whatever stone you put out there is going to make it though your weather! For instance – in northern climates, there are only a few slates that will survive a harsh winter. They will otherwise crack or crumble.
