How can i remove dog urine residue from vinyl tile floor?

Well my dog stays in our basement most of the time, we do have vinyl tile floor so its easy to spot urine stains, the recent urine stains are easy to clean but there’s some spots were my dog keeps on urinating a lot and well the urine “liquid” is easy to remove but either way it leaves some sort of dark residue in my tile. I tried bleach, boiling water, ammonia, soap, windex etc. Is there something that i can in a hardware store like Ace or Menard’s maybe Home depot? Or any good house remedies? Thank You.

Does anyone know how to remove an undermount kitchen sink?

I am trying to replace my existing sink which is constructed on top of a three quarter-inch plywood surface with granite countertops. Is it best to call out the countertop contractor and have him remove the granite countertops and then proceed with taking the sink out to replace it? Any suggestions or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Modern kitchen in a traditional house?

What do you think about remodeling a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern cabinets when the rest of our house is decorated in a more traditional way? Will it look out of place or is it ok to mix styles? (I don’t really want a modern feel to the family room or dining room – just the kitchen) Thanks.

What is a good wall color for a living room with a white tile floor?

The flooring in my home is white tile and the walls are white. I want to paint the walls a different color but am unsure what would go well with the while tile floor. Any suggestions?
The sofa is beige/taupe and the window coverings are white. I’m thinking of getting dark brown wood cofee and accent tables.

What type of flooring is best for durabilility and low maintenance in a new build home?

Friends of ours are building a new home. They love the look of traditional hardwood, over the laminate versions, but would like something with more durability and less maintenance. We’ve heard that bamboo dents easily. Can anyone offer other suggestions? Also looking for different options in bathroom flooring. Thanks!

I am upgrading my kitchen at a time. What order should I go?

I don’t want to replace the cabinets. It has a stand-alone range and side by side fridge. I plan to have all new appliances, new sink, glass tile back-splash, new fixtures and granite countertops. There are already new tile floors. The appliances will probably come 1st but what order for sink, granite, fixtures?

Granite Countertop Stain Removal?

Hello all, I have a new granite counter top and have noticed a stain / discoloration on it left over from a wqter or something. I have had other temporary water stains elsewhere on it in the past and it has dried but this one has been there for 3 days now. How do I remove this and protect it in the future? Had I known these countertops where so sensitive I would’ve got marble. Thanks in advance.
