What is the best type of Base stone for a Shed? I Can not use concret since its on a city easements.?

I was told 3/4 limestone, is this correct. I will be putting a rubbermaid Shed type with a rubber floor. City said I can do the stone and shed since they are not permanent. How should I do the base for the shed

    These days people don’t need to make concrete bases for their sheds,unless it’s bigger than 8ft x 6ft.
    Use sharp sand to level area and then 3in x 3in fence posts,min 3,max 4 posts lay level on compacted sand,cross ways and put shed on top.
    You do not need concrete foundation

    Easier to lay large pavers down (not permanent since can be removed) and do tie downs on all four corners of shed.

    Cinder blocks work well. It will give you a strong base and can easily be removed.
