  You local hardware or mega hardware story should have this stuff – grout release. it’s a chemical that will clean your grout and practically restore to it’s original colour. What type of tile is it? if its the type that has a glossy finish (ceramic tile or porcelain tile) on top they you may have to steam clean but if its porous or saltillo – a Mexican hand made tile then you can get a good cleaner and then re-seal the entire floor. best thing to do is to find out what kind of tile you have – some require different types of cleaners to be effective.
